Project photos and renderings

• Photos must be in standard image formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP.
• An individual photo can be included in multiple albums.
• Photos can be shared with outside project team members through the TeamLink Portal only if the following conditions are met:
  • The photo is associated with an album.
  • The Show In Portal option for the album is selected.
• Photos with the Prevent Deletion option selected cannot be deleted.
• Only Admins can deselect the Prevent Deletion option for photos.

• Add an album and upload photos
• Add existing photos to an album
• Delete an album
• Show albums and corresponding photos in the TeamLink Portal
• Print or export photos

• Upload new photos
• Edit individual photo details, such as name, location, comments, and so on.
• Apply changes to multiple photos
• Delete photos
