About photos
- Photos must be in standard image formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP.
- Photos cannot be larger than 500MB.
- Photos uploaded through the mobile app cannot be larger than 100MB.
- An individual photo can be included in multiple albums.
- Photos can be shared with external project team members through the TeamLink Portal only if the following conditions are met:
- The photo is associated with an album.
- The Show In Portal checkbox for the album is selected.
- Photos with the Prevent Deletion checkbox selected cannot be deleted.
- Only Admins can clear the Prevent Deletion checkbox for photos.
- Photos are sorted in descending order by the date that they were taken in the Photos tab.

- Add an album and upload photos
- Add existing photos to an album
- Delete an album
- Share the albums and the corresponding photos through the TeamLink Portal
