5Drawings overview
Drawings are used to track project plans and revisions. You can upload CAD, PDF, TIFF, or JPEG files and link them to each drawing record.

Drawing Logs can be created in the following ways.

Upload Drawing files in PDF format (Preferred)

The Drawings page offers two listing views: Simple List and Card Style. The Card Style view displays a drawing thumbnail only when a file is linked to the drawing record.

The following drawing fields are used for grouping and filtering.

Disciplines. You can configure the drawing disciplines, such as architectural, civil, or electrical, in Settings (
) > Feature Settings > Drawings and use them to categorize drawings. -

Prime Contract for projects with multiple structures and separate prime contracts

Drawings and updates are commonly shared with subcontractor and suppliers through the following features:

Drawings can be referenced on change proposal requests (CPRs), change orders (COs), subcontract change orders (SCOs), requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and work orders.
